Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
2. Shipping Time: After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will be shipped within 30 days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
4. Back Orders: If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
5. Delivery Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging of your item(s). If any item appears damaged in any way, please document the damage and contact us immediately.
6. Shipping Liability: We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Orders shipped outside of the country may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
